| Completion Stages Of A Project |
|
RCS’s course of action for any undertaken project is based upon the following benchmarked stages |

| In-house Engineering |
|
| Once the project is forwarded by the marketing department - customer’s responsibility procedures & pert chart are finalized. Next stage is the panel designing which includes drafting of control panel power- connection procedures, wiring diagrams and necessary earthing procedures. While supervised manufacturing of panels is under process, the I/O charts are developed and approved by the customer. Subsequently the project sequence is discussed with the client and the control sequence is prepared and approved by the customer. |

| Inspection |
|
| As the name of the stage suggests, panel(s), control & HMI are inspected & approved by the client. |
|
| Site Installation |
|
| After inspection and approval the panel installed at the site, cabling of the project is completed. Field elements are installed and tested along with the verification of earthing standards. |
|
| Site Engineering |
|
| Once the hardware is installed at site, the system communication is verified. If required, control and HMI is modified according to the client’s feedbacks. |
|
| Commissioning |
|
| After the verification of system communication, the project is commissioned. |
|
| Project Closing |
|
| Finally, at the closing stage the client is trained and software back ups are prepared. In addition, the documentation manuals of the instruments and control systems is completed and provided to the client along with the documented SOP’s. |
